Queen of Bites is a trading name of MOVENO GROUP LIMITED, registered in England and Wales under company number 17453114. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

When you send a booking request or contact us, we may collect your name, company name, email address, telephone number, website, number of sites, the service you are interested in and the information you include in your message.

When a referral is submitted, we may receive the referrer’s contact details; the referred venue or business name, website and location; and a business contact’s name, role, business email or telephone number. We also collect the referrer’s relationship to that contact, their reason for making the referral and their confirmation that the contact knows about the introduction.

If you become a client, we may also hold information needed to plan and deliver the work, communicate with you, issue invoices and maintain business and accounting records.

Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as your IP address, browser or device type, pages requested and the date and time of a request. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the booking form unless it is genuinely necessary.

How and why we use it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, assess and follow up referrals, administer referral rewards, prepare proposals, arrange and deliver audits, manage client relationships, issue invoices, keep appropriate records, protect the website and meet our legal obligations.

Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating, protecting and improving the business. Where we rely on consent for a particular use, you may withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We only share information where needed with trusted service providers, including our website host, form-delivery service, email, accounting and payment providers, and with professional advisers or public authorities where the law requires it. The booking form is delivered using FormSubmit. We do not sell personal information.

Some suppliers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we require an appropriate safeguard recognised by UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We normally keep enquiry and unsuccessful referral information for up to 24 months after the last contact. If a referral results in a client or a reward payment, or if you become a client, we normally keep the relevant contractual, service, payment and accounting records for up to six years after the relationship ends or the last relevant transaction. We may keep information for longer where the law requires it or a legal claim makes it necessary.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us for a copy of your information, to correct or erase it, to restrict its use, to provide it in a portable format, or to stop using it. You may also object where we rely on legitimate interests.
